issues, trauma, loss, self-esteem, family problems, identity, or just to understand themselves better.
No topic is too small or too big.
It depends on your goals and what feels right for you. Some people come for a few sessions to work
through a specific issue, others prefer ongoing support. We’ll discuss this together and review
regularly.
Both. We offer in-person therapy in Grimsby and Cleethorpes, and online therapy UK-wide via
secure video call. You can choose what suits you best.
Yes. Everything you share is confidential, except in rare cases where there’s a risk of serious harm.
We’ll always explain this fully before you begin.
Yes. We offer therapy for young people and tailor sessions to their age and needs. We also support
parents/carers as part of the process when appropriate.
